What constitutes valid proof of purchase for MPW?
We accept different proof of purchase forms, such as your email order confirmation or invoice provided with your purchase. Ensure that the receipt contains the purchase date, order number, your full name and address, and corresponding prices. Please note that packing slips are not accepted as they may not show the item’s price.
What's the processing time for my claim
We understand your time is precious, so we strive for swift claim processing. With MPW, expect your claim to be processed within 24-48 hours. But that’s not all! We go above and beyond by expediting claims. Those submitted in the morning are often processed by the afternoon, while afternoon submissions are typically handled by the following morning.
